Agents that add value push back on you when you are outside of your goals, coach you on price, negotiate price and inspection on your behalf, prepare you for what to expect and introduce you to other trustworthy professionals (lenders, general contractors, lawncare, etc.)

SOME QUESTIONS TO ASK:
 

  1. How many transactions have you done in the past twelve months?
     

  2. What kind of transactions are these (sales, buys, condos, homes, etc.)
     

  3.  How often should I expect to hear from you?
     

  4. Do you work nights and weekends?
     

  5. What happened during your last inspection? (i.e. how much did your client ask for and what did they get?)
     

  6. How long do you set your Exclusive Right to Buys for?
