WHAT KIND OF CLIENTS WE WORK WITH
I love the city of Denver, a good IPA, real estate, and Airbnb.
My philosophy is to listen, educate and advocate. I want to learn your goals, provide you the information needed to make an informed decision, and then represent your interests in any negotiation.
I am also Denver's Airbnb expert. Along with my wife (Erin), I have hosted more than 150 guests. I teach classes on short-term rentals and host seminars on the current state of Airbnb laws along the front range. I specialize in finding people homes in which they can legally host a profitable Airbnb.
Erin and I own our primary residence in Capitol Hill and own several rental properties nearby. We also own a duplex in Colorado Springs.
Prior to real estate, I spent 10 years as a journalist. In my professional career, I won multiple national awards for my feature writing and my investigative work. While a student in college, I won the Hearst National Writing Championship, affectionately dubbed "The Pulitzer of college journalism." Many of the skills I honed through journalism translate to real estate. Researching, working with people one on one, and chasing after something -- in this case a home, not a story.

I'm a board game enthusiast who will never turn my back on a Denver patio. This city has served as the backdrop for my major life events and is my absolute favorite place in the world.
